  • A menu with accessibility features has been integrated to enable additional accessibility settings.
  • Any future development of the website (e.g. new content, functions) will take accessibility into account from the outset.

Non-Accessible Content

The following content is known to us and is currently not accessible for the reasons outlined below:

  • The accessibility of this website primarily covers those areas that are essential for the use of the offered services and for navigation to those services. These core functionalities have been intentionally designed to be as accessible as possible. Other sections of the website currently offer only limited accessibility. This is mainly due to the age of the underlying technical infrastructure and the development standards in place at the time of implementation. A comprehensive, retrospective adaptation of all content and design elements would require a disproportionate amount of effort and cannot be implemented at this time for organizational and economic reasons. As part of a future relaunch of the website, accessibility will be fully integrated from the outset, based on current legal requirements and recognized accessibility standards.
  • In some cases, older documents and content are included on this website that do not meet full accessibility requirements. Retrofitting these materials would involve significant effort and cannot be implemented across the board at this time for organizational reasons. However, if you require a specific document in an accessible format, we will gladly provide it upon request as quickly as possible.
  • This website may also include third-party content and documents that were not created, funded, or controlled by us. We are therefore unable to make any statement regarding their compliance with current accessibility requirements.

Accessibility Menu

You can use various accessibility settings on our website that allow you to adapt the appearance and operation of the site to your individual needs. These functions can be found in the bottom right-hand corner of the browser window or via the skip link menu. To further optimize your user experience, several functions can be combined at the same time so that you can adjust the settings as required and achieve an even better effect.

The following functions are available in the accessibility menu:

Summary of the current page

  • Generates a summary of the current page in simple language created by artificial intelligence (AI), which summarizes the most important information in a short and understandable way. Please note that the summary may differ from the original version.
